Dit reserveonderdeel wordt geleverd in de vorm van een spons van PVA-materiaal. Afhankelijk van het moment van productie kan het droog of licht vochtig zijn.

Belangrijk voordat u het installeert:

PVA is een materiaal dat in droge toestand erg hard en stijf is. Om het correct op het wiel van de bodemreiniger te kunnen monteren, is het essentieel om het vóór de montage te bevochtigen:

  • Dompel de spons onder in een emmer met water.
  • Laat het enkele uren weken, totdat het volledig doordrenkt is.
  • Om het proces te versnellen, knijpt u de spons herhaaldelijk met de hand uit terwijl deze ondergedompeld is, zodat deze zoveel mogelijk water opneemt.

Zodra het materiaal goed is gehydrateerd, verandert de hardheid en krijgt het de nodige flexibiliteit om zonder problemen op het wiel te worden geplaatst.

Opmerking: probeer de band niet droog of gedeeltelijk vochtig te monteren, aangezien de stijfheid de montage bemoeilijkt en het onderdeel kan beschadigen.
