De collectorarm of crepina is een stuk met sleuven dat in het filter zit.
Het heeft 2 functies:
- Wanneer het filter wordt gefilterd, verzamelt het het gefilterde water aan de basis van het filterelement dat wordt teruggevoerd naar het zwembad.
- Wanneer de filter wordt gewassen, zorgt het water onder druk dat door deze crepinas binnenkomt ervoor dat de spons van het filtermateriaal wordt opgetild zodat het vastgehouden afval naar buiten kan worden afgevoerd.
