HI151 Checktemp 4 is a compact, highly accurate thermometer perfect for central kitchens and catering establishments.
The stainless steel folding probe is ideal for measuring in refrigerated, semi-frozen and cooked foods. The thermometer has a compact IP67 waterproof housing
The sensitive end allows the user to accurately measure the temperature of thinner foods.
It is factory calibrated and supplied with a three-point NIST-traceable quality certificate. It also includes the CalCheck function whereby the calibration is verified each time the thermometer is turned on at the 0.0ºC point.
