Water purifier

PoolTiger and SpaTiger water purifiers for pools and spas. They are installed on the filtration circuit pipework and treat the water by hydrodynamic cavitation: as the water passes through the unit, it undergoes sharp pressure changes. According to the manufacturer, this process purifies, clarifies and disinfects the water and prevents limescale build-up. They do not use electricity.

These units reduce the amount of chlorine and other chemicals your pool needs, but they do not eliminate it entirely. The manufacturer states a reduction of up to 85%. The actual figure depends on the water volume, the temperature, how the pool is used and the condition of the installation, so you should keep testing the water regularly.

How to choose the model

The model is chosen according to the pipe diameter and the pump flow rate. Your pump's flow rate must not exceed the unit's maximum.

• SpaTiger ST0332: 32 mm pipe, up to 3 m³/h. For spas and hot tubs.
• PoolTiger Residencial PT2150: 50 mm pipe, up to 21 m³/h.
• PoolTiger Residencial PT2163: 63 mm pipe, up to 21 m³/h.
• PoolTiger Comercial PT5763: 63 mm pipe, up to 57 m³/h. For higher-flow or commercial installations.
