Replacement parts for the Facileo pH controller: peristaltic tube, probe, and calibration kit
The Facileo pH regulator from Productos QP It is a peristaltic metering pump with built-in monitoring: the probe reads the water's pH, and when it deviates, a roller rotor squeezes a flexible tube to inject the pH corrector into the pipe.
Its maintenance focuses on Three Pieces and a Habit: the peristaltic tube (the consumable that needs to be replaced most often), the pH probe (the one that determines whether the team works with good or bad data) and the roller holder — plus the periodic calibration, which is what keeps the team on the straight and narrow.
Here they are, along with the price and the setup guide. As Official E-Partner of Productos QP, everything is genuine from the manufacturer and comes with a warranty.
Important Notice: This page covers the section on pH control. If you're looking for replacement parts for the the cell in your Facileo salt chlorinator (electrodes, vessel, gasket), your section is Facileo chlorinator replacement parts.

Are you looking for the pH cell or the pH pump?
Many Facileo devices combine salt electrolysis and pH control on the same device, so it's a good idea to figure out exactly which part isn't working:
| If the problem is… | Your section is |
|---|---|
| It does not produce chlorine, salt alarm, scale on the plates, leak in the cell vessel | Facileo Chlorinator Replacement Parts |
| The pH doesn't go down, the pump isn't dispensing properly, the pH reading is off, and there's a noise coming from the pump head | This page |
Peristaltic pump head: the two consumables
| Replacement Part | Estimated price | What it does and when to replace it |
|---|---|---|
| Santoprene peristaltic tube | €34.90 | Supply No. 1. This is the tube that the rollers squeeze to dispense the concealer. The acid hardens it from the inside, causing it to lose flow. Replace every 1–2 seasons. |
| Roller Holder | 49.25 € | The rotor that holds the rollers. Replace it if the rollers turn with difficulty, make noise, or show signs of wear — A worn-out roller holder will wear through a new tube in a matter of weeks. |
How to Choose Between the Two: Open the head and Turn the roller holder by hand. If it turns smoothly and the rollers are round, just the tube. If you notice stiffness, friction, or flat spots on the rollers, both.
Measurement: Probe, Probe Holder, and Calibration
| Replacement Part | Estimated price | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| PH Electrode Seko (1.5 m) | €74.90 | The pH probe. The standard cable length. Typical lifespan: 2–3 seasons. |
| PH Electrode Hanna (2 m) | 76.90 € | The version with the longest cable, for when the probe holder is far from the equipment. |
| PSS3 Long Probe Holder | €23.95 | The housing where the probe is installed in the pipe. Replace it if it is cracked or no longer airtight. |
| 50-1/2” PVC Pipe Collar | 2.59 € | The 50-mm pipe connection where the probe holder is mounted. |
| PH 7 buffer solution | €5.99 | The calibration standard. Renew it every season: An old solution gives inaccurate readings. |
Measure the actual length of the cable from the probe holder to the equipment before choosing a probe. There’s a €2 difference between 1.5 and 2 m, so it’s not worth cutting corners: a probe that’s too short puts strain on the connector and fails there.
Calibrating the Facileo: Frequently Asked Questions
Calibration is the process of teaching the equipment what a known pH value is. so that it can accurately interpret what it measures. Without calibration, the reading drifts—and the pump injects acid based on incorrect data.
When: at the start of each season, every 2–3 months of use, whenever you replace the probe, and when the display doesn't match your reference analyzer.
In essence:
- For dosing and remove the probe from the probe holder
- Rinse the tip with clean water and gently pat it dry, without rubbing the bulb
- Immerse it in the standard solution and wait for the reading to stabilize
- Confirm the calibration by following the menu path on your computer
- Rinse, then pull the probe back up and reactivates the dosing
Two warnings: the solution expires (Reason No. 1 for impossible calibrations) and The probe must not be allowed to dry out — Store it with the cap on and the preservative solution if you take it apart.

Quick Diagnosis: From Symptom to Part
| Symptom | Most likely cause | What to Check |
|---|---|---|
| The pH reading on the display does not match that of the analyzer | Probe is out of calibration or worn out | Calibrate with fresh solution; if it drifts over several days, check the probe |
| I can't seem to calibrate it | Solution has expired or probe is depleted | New Solution before to be suspicious of the probe |
| It takes a long time for the reading to stabilize | A probe at the end of its life | Probe |
| The pH doesn't drop even though the pump is running | Empty bottle, hardened tube, or clogged syringe | Cartridge level; tube; injection point |
| It dispenses less than scheduled | Worn peristaltic tube | Santoprene Tube |
| Product is leaking from the nozzle | Perforated tube | Tube; check the inside of the head |
| Noise or stiff rotation in the head | Worn roller holder | Roller Holder |
| Leak at the probe tip | Probe holder or collar | Probe holder; then collar |
| Does not produce chlorine / salt alarm | It's not the pH part | Facileo Chlorinator Replacement Parts |
PH Controller Maintenance
- Flush the circuit with clean water at the end of the season. Leaving the acid to sit for six months is what hardens the tube and solidifies the injection point. It's the step that prevents the most breakdowns.
- Check the foot filter every time you change the water bottle
- Keep the probe moist if you take the equipment apart
- Replace the calibration solution every season, even if there is still liquid in the container
- Check the rollers every time you change the tube
- Gloves and goggles Whenever you open the head: there are traces of acid inside
Can't find a replacement part for your Facileo, or do you need help with calibration? Call us at 91 128 55 90 or write to us at the contact form indicating the exact model (Facileo, Facileo Plus, Facileo Duo…) and what you see on the screen. And keep in mind which option saves the most money on a salt-based system: Maintaining proper pH regulation means taking care of the cell — A high pH is what causes it to calcify and wear out prematurely.
