Our ammonium colourimeters make it easy to be confident in your measurements. No longer do you have to struggle to determine colours, our portable meter takes the hassle out of matching to a colour chart, providing a direct digital ammonium result.
Our checkers fit in the palm of your hand and can be easily carried in your pocket. With the push of a single button they allow you to measure and obtain ammonium measurement results in a very simple way.
Ammonia concentrations in rivers and drinking water reservoirs indicate the presence of agricultural and/or urban pollution. If the ammonia concentration is high, it can alter the odour and taste of the water. In industrial applications, high ammonia concentrations cause corrosion in pipes. This parameter is also monitored in aquariums and fish farms due to its high toxicity to fish. The HI700 Checker system has a simple way to measure ammonium ranges in freshwater accurately.

how is it used?
Designed as a more accurate alternative to chemical test kits, the HI700 provides fast and accurate results in a few simple steps:
STEP 1. Zero the checker with your water sample.
STEP 2. Add reagent to the cuvette.
STEP 3. Insert the cuvette into the Checker.
STEP 4. Press the button and read the results.
