How much does it cost to ship my order?

Most products have a flat shipping rate, i.e. regardless of the number of items, the cost will be the same: 9.90 € to Espa25,00 € to the Balearic Islands. The shipping cost to Portugal is 12,90 €. If the order total exceeds 400 €, shipping is free.

For more than 1000 small items (e.g. spare parts), the ECO rate applies: 5.90 € to Espa12,90 € to the Balearic Islands. The shipping cost to Portugal is 7,80 €. If the order total exceeds 400 €, shipping is free.

A number of items are excluded from the above-mentioned rates, which, due to their volume and weight (lining, crowning, salt, filtering loads, telescopic handles of more than 5 metres, purification equipment, etc.), the shipping cost will be informed automatically in the purchase process.

What is the availability of the products?

Quimipool aims to guarantee the availability of all products that are published on https://www.quimipool.com/gb/. However, in the event that any product ordered is not available or if the product is out of stock, the customer will be informed within 72 hours of placing the order.

In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of the replacement products by the customer, the refund will be paid within a maximum period of 72 hours.

How can I pay for my order?

When is my order delivered?

What are the delivery times for my order?

The transport companies we work with make deliveries from Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm, except for public holidays, whether they are local in each town where the delivery is made or national. In addition, these transport companies usually send an email to your email informing you of the approximate date and time of delivery.

Can I specify a delivery time?
