In accordance with current legislation, products may be returned, for whatever reason, within 30 calendar days of receipt of the goods by the customer. To do so, the conditions of our Returns and Withdrawal Policy must be complied with.

Steps to follow for the return of an item

STEP 1

Log in with your username and password.

STEP 2

Go to History and details of my orders.

STEP 3

On the order line where the item you want to return is located, click on Details.

STEP 4

Check the box of the product to be returned and explain the reason why you want to return the product.

STEP 5

Click on the Request a return button.

Once the colleagues in the Returns Department have checked the return request, you will be sent an email with the following message:

In accordance with current legislation, products may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. To do so, you must comply with the conditions of our Returns and Withdrawal Policy. You must send the goods, without any delay, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of this email. You must download and print the RMA Return Document and insert it inside the package to be returned.

You must download the RMA Return Document and, as indicated in the email, insert it inside the package.

As soon as the package is received at our facilities, a new email will be sent to you indicating that the package has been received.

When the product is checked, you will be sent another email notifying you whether the return has been ACCEPTED or NOT ACCEPTED.

If the return is accepted, the corresponding amount will be refunded by the same means by which the payment was made.

In the event that the return is not accepted, you will have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the email notifying the non-acceptance of the return to send to collect the material at the address indicated. After this period, storage costs will be incurred.
