Invoicing data

The billing details are those indicated in your customer account and may not be subsequently modified in compliance with current regulations (Royal Decree 1619/2012, of 30 November, approving the Regulation governing billing obligations).

The invoice will be issued in the name of the natural person or company placing the order, so the customer must ensure that the order is placed under the correct customer account. Subsequent changes will not be possible.

If you want the invoice to go to a different name or company, you will need to be registered as a customer with the desired billing details and place the order under this account.

Availability and substitutions

Quimipool aims to guarantee the availability of all products that are published on https://www.quimipool.com/gb/. However, in the event that any product ordered is not available or if the product is out of stock, the customer will be informed within 72 hours of placing the order.

In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of the replacement products by the customer, the refund will be paid within a maximum period of 72 hours.

Purchasing and/or contracting process

Shipping

Shipping will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated in all published articles, we invite you to know the details about the delivery times in "Delivery"See details"on each product file. Upon receipt of shipments, it is important to ensure that all boxes have arrived in perfect condition. If you detect signs of moisture or breakage in any of them, or signs of having been opened or tampered with, please note this on the delivery note BEFORE SIGNING, and contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours from receipt of the material.

If you receive a product damaged in transit, please contact us via our contact formContactIndicating the order number and the problem it presents, as well as a photograph of the damaged packaging, a photograph of the damaged product and a photograph of the transport label; all of this within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the order. Prices, costs and taxes

VAT is included in the price of the products.

The prices of the products may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be that in force on the date the order is placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before the customer formalises acceptance.

Methods of payment

The following payment methods are available:

When placing the order, the customer will provide their card details, which will be stored directly in the Sermepa Gateway during the purchase process. Quimipool does not store information relating to credit cards. For internal organisational reasons, collection management is carried out through Caixabank, without this having any impact on the customer.

2. By bank transfer.

By cash deposit or bank transfer payable to Quimipool, the transfer shall be made to the account number indicated in the order or offer confirmation e-mail provided to you, indicating the order or offer number at the time of the transfer.

The order will not be considered effective until we confirm the corresponding payment and, therefore, delivery times begin to run from that date.

Payments by bank transfer may be delayed by 1 to 3 days.

Orders that are not paid within 4 working days of order confirmation will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation of orders

Once the order has been sent, it cannot be cancelled. The only accepted way to request the cancellation of the order will be by telephone, to avoid that the communication by other means that is not instantaneous (mail or contact form), delays the management and can not be cancelled in time.

Those order cancellations that involve a refund to the customer and that are by bank transfer will have a maximum period of 10 days for administrative procedures.

Return and withdrawal policy

In accordance with current legislation, products can be returned, for whatever reason, in a within 30 calendar days of receipt of the goods by the customer,except for electric and hydraulic pool cleaners, which shall be delivered within 15 calendar days of receipt. Conditions of return

The following will not be acceptedreturns of the following products, as established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:

-The provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, where performance has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with his acknowledgement that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.

-The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which Quimipool cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period.

-The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalised, such as fences, covers, stoneware patterns and any other such products.

-The supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.

-The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

-The supply of goods which after delivery and taking into account their nature have become inseparably mixed with other goods.

-The supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge that he/she loses his/her right of withdrawal as a result.

All goods must be returned in their original packaging with all the accessories they contain, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item and unused. Otherwise Quimipool reserves the right to refuse the return.

If the product is in good condition, but the packaging (box, plastic or wrapping) in which the product is found is not in good condition, the return will not be accepted.

Once the return form has been completed and sent, you will receive instructions by e-mail to send it to us at our premises. You must send the goods, without any delay, within 14 days of informing us of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You will be responsible for the return transport costs. You are free to choose the agency that best suits your needs or offers the most competitive rates. However, you can make an estimate of the cost of returning the goods:

Once the goods have been received and checked to ensure that they comply with the Return and cancellation policy, if applicable, the amount of the returned material will be refunded, using the same means of payment with which the purchase was made, within a maximum period of 14 days.

If the return does not proceed, you will have the material at your disposal to collect it within 30 calendar days. After these days, if the material has not been collected, a storage fee of €5 per day (including VAT) will be charged.

In the case of gresites and borders, the return will cost from €32 + VAT per box. The final amount will depend on the number of boxes to be returned and the town where the material is located. The drawings or football shields cannot be returned as they are manufactured specifically to order.

Procedure for making a return

To request the return of a product, you can follow these steps:

1. Log in with your username and password to your customer panel "My account".
2. Go to "Order History" and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
3. Mark the product for which you are requesting the return.
4. Finally, enter a short comment explaining why you wish to return the product and click on the "Make RMA return voucher" button.

Or if you prefer, in order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at info@quimipool.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement attaching the withdrawal form duly completed (or failing that, by including the data requested therein in the email).

The Returns Department will receive your request and will inform you by email of the procedure to follow. Remember that you must comply with the above conditions.

Guarantee

Products purchased through https://www.quimipool.com/gb/ before 1 January 2022 enjoy a warranty period of 2 years from the time of delivery, covering any manufacturing defects in the product, as well as any faults that may occur during this period. Products purchased after 1 January 2022 are guaranteed for 3 years in accordance with Royal Decree Law 7/2021 of 27 April.

The user shall inform Quimipool of the non-conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

The purchaser has a 2-year warranty, which comes into effect on the date of purchase as stated on the sales invoice. On request, an extension of the warranty or a customised project warranty may be considered, after assessing the conditions of application. Quimipool is not responsible for damage caused by unprofessional installation, products modified or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as for improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of incorrect treatment. The product to be repaired or replaced must always correspond to the one sent by the manufacturer Quimipool enclosing the delivery note and/or invoice. In case of repair of a product, the customer may manage the repair directly, processing it and making the shipment. To do so, he/she should contact Quimipool and request the necessary instructions and authorisation from LDS. It is important that returns to technical support are perfectly packed and protected, without stickers or labels on the original packaging and protections. If the product arrives at Quimipool with damage due to inadequate packaging or protection, the repair may not be covered by the warranty. If the original packaging is not available, the customer must use a sturdy box of sufficient size to allow the equipment to be inserted loosely; it is recommended that the customer insert sufficient protective material (bubble wrap, paper bags, foam, etc.) under, on and around the product to prevent any movement of the product inside the packaging. The customer shall indicate on the shipping label the LDS number provided by Quimipool.

Consumable products, faults caused by improper use or handling, connection to the mains other than that specified, incorrect installation or defects resulting from any external cause are excluded from the guarantees.
For products of a durable nature, the consumer shall be entitled to adequate technical service and the availability of spare parts for at least 5 years from the date on which the product ceases to be manufactured, without the price of spare parts being increased when they are used for repairs.

Warranty Probes

  • They are a consumable, i.e. they are consumed with use.
  • Their service life depends on the mode of use and working conditions.
  • Factors to be taken into account:
    - Tilt of the installation.
    - (Installation after filter or have a pre-filter for impurities if installed before the filter.
    - Addition of chemicals nearby, or water returns with product when filtration is stopped.
    - Alkalinity, hardness, pH of the water in contact with the probe.
    - Work dry for one or two weeks, without contact with water. This usually happens during periods of hibernation of the pool or if the return is discharged very frequently. It must be activated by introducing the probe in the calibration liquid for 2 hours.

Probes BSV

BSV Electronic S.L., as a trading company, offers a full 1 year warranty from the date of sale. We assume as commercial guarantee those broken or contaminated probes that are less than one year old.

To avoid problems with the installation or operation of the purchased product, make sure that you have followed the installation and operating instructions contained in the user manuals. If the purchased product still does not work properly, you should immediately contact the customer service and technical assistance services of the manufacturer or, if applicable, the representative or distributor.

The technical services will usually require you to provide them with the following data:

- Invoice of purchase.
- Make and model identification.
- Serial number.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as power surges or dips, atmospheric phenomena, fire, water, abnormal use of the product, accidental drops or incorrect use by private individuals or companies not authorised by Quimipool. Likewise, it does not cover wear and tear due to hours or hours of misuse or negligence before or during use, as well as faults caused by incorrect installation or incorrect handling and storage. Quimipool reserves the right to examine each returned product by independent specialists, the guarantee being exempted in the event that it is demonstrated by the competent authorities that the breakage or fault has been caused by the customer, as well as the partial breakage of the product to force the use of the guarantee for the return or reimbursement of the product; in these cases, the costs of the expertise will be borne by the customer. Quimipool is not obliged to compensate the customer or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, be they direct or indirect damage, accidents suffered by persons, damage to property other than the product, loss of profit or loss of earnings.

If the guarantee does not apply, you will have the material at your disposal for collection within 30 calendar days. After these days, if you have not removed the material, a storage charge of €5 per day (VAT included) will be incurred.

Changes

Quimipool does not exchange items. If you wish, you can request the return of the unwanted product, fulfilling the conditions ofReturn and cancellation policyAnd place a new order for the desired item.

Customer service and complaints

To lodge a complaint or claim with Quimipool the customer should contact the Customer Service Department either by calling 91 128 55 90 or by sending a message through the form Contact.

The relationship between Quimipool and the user shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force and any dispute shall be submitted to the Spanish Courts and Tribunals.

Applicable legislation

The parties submit, at their choice, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile for the resolution of conflicts, renouncing any other jurisdiction. The language used shall be Spanish.

Likewise, as an entity adhered to CONFIANZA ONLINE and under the terms of its Code of Ethics, in case of disputes relating to recruitment and online advertising, data protection and protection of minors, the user may resort to the system of extrajudicial resolution of disputes of CONFIANZA ONLINE (www.confianzaonline.es).
