The HANNA HI70,6 bromine checker is a digital colorimeter for bromine testing. With the HI716 bromine meter you can easily, accurately and cost-effectively measure bromine. Introduced as an alternative to chlorine, the use of bromine as a disinfectant is increasing in many countries.
Bromine is less volatile and has more effective results above pH 7.4, but is a slower acting overall disinfectant.
The HI716 Checker provides a simple and accurate way to measure bromine. And it is ideal for measuring bromine in water in: Industry, Municipal Water, Swimming Pools and Spas.

how is it used?
Designed as a more accurate alternative to chemical test kits, the HI716 provides fast and accurate results in a few simple steps:
STEP 1. Zero the checker with your water sample.
STEP 2. Add reagent to the cuvette.
STEP 3. Insert the cuvette into the Checker.
STEP 4. Press the button and read the results.

HANNA checkers are small, portable and, above all, provide more accurate results than typical chemical test kits. Offering improved technology, their simple design allows for easy, uncomplicated measurement.
