Dosing pump Astralpool Control Basic
Metering pumps are a type of pump whose purpose is to inject a liquid (in swimming pools it is usually to inject a liquid demineraliser, ph booster or liquid chlorine) into a fluid line.
A peristaltic pump is a type of hydraulic pump used to pump a variety of fluids. The fluid is contained within a flexible tube inside a circular pump casing. A rotor with a number of rollers, shoes or wipers attached to the outer circumference compresses the tube. As the rotor turns, the part of the tube under compression closes forcing the pumped fluid to move through the tube. In addition as the tube is re-opened flow is induced into the pump, this process is known as peristalsis.
Small in size, it is designed to avoid the siphon effect, and with minimal maintenance, easy to install and protected against chemical splashes. The equipment is used to automatically control the pH or Redox of the pool.
It is supplied without sensors or calibration solutions. Installation kit included.
Recommended for use in conjunction with Sel Pure, Sel Clear, Smart and Smart+ electrolysis systems.

what is Fluidra Connect?
Fluidra Connect is the intelligent solution that allows the pool to be controlled remotely by the end user and/or the professional. It gives you the possibility to diagnose, manage and control all your installations from a computer screen.

- Basic and intuitive control for the end user via the App.
- Advanced control for the professional through the platform www.fluidraconnect.com
what do I need to install it in my pool?
There are 3 options:
1) CONNECT BOX. For Fluidra Connect compatible products, the Connect Box is the brain of the pool. Any installation to be managed via Fluidra Connect requires a Connect Box that must be connected to the internet via WiFi or cable.
2) GPIO. For products that are not compatible with Fluidra Connect, this device offers a solution with 4 outputs and 4 digital inputs. The GPIO allows us to make ON/OFF and time programming on non-compatible products. It also allows us to see the status of certain devices.
3) FLUIDRA CONNECT COMPATIBLE COMMUNICATION KIT. Some products allow the installation of this kit to become compatible with Fluidra Connect.

A ver si tengo más suerte! Lo compré hace 3 años, el pasado tuve que comprar otra (avería complicada) y me duró solamente 1 año de nuevo... como no dure más, se acabó comprar Astral.

Como norma general este tipo de controles de ph se usan para bajar el ph. Tenga en consideración que debe usar productos con base sulfurico. Es decir no debe usar clorhidrico. Otro factor que afecta a la durabilidad es el entorno donde esta instalado. Le recomendamos que cada año debe cambiar el tubo peristáltico.
