will my pool maintenance change with Nature2 Express?

Yes, Nature2 significantly reduces the use of chemicals and maintenance. Water checks and cleaning are the same as before, but the pool filter will be cleaner and it will be easier to balance the water.

Do I still need to use chlorine?

It is necessary to use a small amount of slow chlorine which will work to disinfect the water in synergy with the minerals provided by Nature2, and to oxidise all the particles removed. With Nature2, we recommend small percentages of chlorine in the water and it is imperceptible to bathers.

When is shock chlorination necessary?

It is not necessary to do it preventively and regularly, but only if the water is very cloudy. On the other hand, when a new cartridge is installed, it must be activated by shock chlorination.

Can it be used with other treatment products?

Nature2 can be used with most of the usual treatment products, with the exception of bromine-based treatments, biguanide-type non-chlorine disinfectants (PHMB) and products containing copper. And overnight you can revert to a traditional chlorine treatment if necessary.

Is Nature2 a filter?

No. A filter removes dirt and impurities, Nature2 cleans the pool water by destroying bacteria, algae and viruses too small to be captured by the filter. You must have both: a filter and Nature2, and make your filtration work exactly the same as without Nature2.

What can affect the life of the cartridge?

Neither filtering time, nor intensive use, nor high temperatures can affect the life of the cartridge, which lasts 6 months continuously for all private pools.

Is the presence of minerals dangerous, even if they are present in low percentages?

The minerals present in Nature2 do not constitute a health hazard as the concentrations are minimal and remain so at all times.

Nature 2 is not compatible with:

• Bromine and its derivatives.
• Non-chlorine disinfectants of the PHMB (Biguanides) type.
• Other products containing copper.
• Certain anti-stain and metal capturing products.
