Chlorine Regulator Zodiac Chlor Perfect

Chlor Perfect integrates proportional dosing technology in order to automatically maintain an ideal chlorine level for the comfort of bathers. The "Redox" method (measurement of the water's disinfection capacity) is used to automatically determine the chlorine level for the pool.

Thanks to a microprocessor, Chlor Perfect permanently optimises the disinfection capacity of the pool water by injecting liquid chlorine.

Chlor Perfect measures the water's oxidation-reduction potential (disinfectant capacity) by means of a REdox probe placed in the filtration system which constantly analyses the pool water.

Based on the average value, Chlor Perfect adjusts the chlorine level thanks to the peristaltic dosing pump.

The dosing time is adapted according to the deviation between the pool water's ORP value and the ideal value (set point). Automatic adjustment of the quantity of liquid chlorine to be injected according to the needs of each pool.

For the comfort of bathers, the ORP of the water should be around 740 mV, which is equivalent to approximately 1.5 mg/L of free chlorine and a pH of 7.4*.

For optimum water quality at all times, we recommend that you use it in conjunction with the pH Perfect pH regulator. The POD probe holder is the ideal choice for simpler installation and optimum precision.

* The ORP (active chlorine level) can vary depending on several parameters. The values to be respected are as follows:

- pH = 7.2 to 7.4

- TAC (alkalinity) = 8 to 15 °f (or 80 to 150 ppm CaCO3).

- Conductivity of the water (expressed in μS/cm)

- Water temperature = 20 to 28 °C.

It is important to check and adjust these water balance parameters in each case to ensure optimal functioning of the Redox regulation
