Morcemcolor Swimming Pool Plastic Joint
Additive and coloured mortar of mixed binders with great fineness and plasticity. For sealing joints from 2 to 15 mm. in all types of ceramic tiles. Special for grouting low porosity tiles (porcelain stoneware).
Composition
Product based on high-strength cement, aggregates, special additives, pigments and synthetic resins.
Characteristics and applications

- Resistant to cracking and abrasion.
- Indoor and outdoor application.
- Suitable for underfloor heating.
Instructions for use
- Add water and mix manually or mechanically until obtaining a consistent paste (not liquid).
- Let the paste stand for about 5 minutes and re-mix.
- Working in small areas, fill the joints with a rubber trowel or rechargeable gun, compacting the material firmly.
- The application should be made diagonally across the joints, pressing the paste into the joints and removing excess material.
- Allow the material to dry slightly for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, when the paste becomes opaque, the surface can be cleaned with a hard, slightly damp sponge.
- Only when the product has hardened in the joint, the surface can be polished with a clean, dry cloth to remove dust residues.
- Allow to dry for at least 24 hours before normal traffic.
