Collection of the equipment from your home
We will take as collection address the address you have indicated in your order as "Delivery address".
It is important to give an address where someone will be available to collect the salt water chlorinator.
Workmanship for fault diagnosis
The technicians will test the equipment at the manufacturer's Official Technical Service to detect why it is not working properly and what is needed to solve the fault and get it working again.
Management and preparation of the estimate
As soon as the technicians have finished checking the equipment, the repair estimate will be sent to the email address you have provided, with all the elements that need to be replaced in order to ensure correct operation.
Return shipment to your address
After your equipment has been checked, whether you have accepted or rejected the repair estimate, the robot will be sent back to the same pick-up address.
Once we send you the repair estimate, you must accept or reject the estimate within 10 calendar days. After these days, if we do not receive a reply from you, storage costs will be incurred. Please refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. By paying for this item you confirm that you accept the above conditions.

In order to be able to optimally manage the repair and/or overhaul of your salt chlorinator, it is important that you provide us with the following information. During the purchase process you will find a field where you can write this comment with the information.

Depending on the model, the serial number may be in one place or another, but it is usually on a sticker on the control unit housing. If you keep the original box, it is also usually on a small sticker on the original box. - wHAT PROBLEM HAVE YOU DETECTED IN THE SALINE CHLORINATOR?

Everything must be securely packed and closed to prevent damage during transport. You must use a sturdy box of sufficient size to allow the equipment to be inserted loosely; it is recommended that you insert sufficient protective material (bubble wrap, paper bags, foam, etc.) under, on and around the product, in order to prevent any movement of the product inside the packaging.
Quimipool cannot be held responsible for any damage during transport caused by improper packaging of the equipment.
Frequently asked questions
when do you collect from my address?
As soon as we have confirmation of receipt of payment, the collection order will be generated with the transport agency.
Normally, the transport company will pick up the equipment 24/48 hours after we inform you that we are going to pick it up.
when will I receive the quotation?
The equipment usually arrives at the SAT workshop 24/48 hours after collection.
Once in the workshop, the approximate maximum period for the review and issuing of the quote is 10 days.
You must ACCEPT or REJECT the quote within 10 calendar days.
what happens if I reject the repair estimate?
If you decide to reject the repair estimate, you must reply to the email in which you received the estimate indicating that you reject the repair. Once rejected, the salt water chlorinator will be returned to you unrepaired to the same collection address. There will be no additional cost to you.
what is the warranty on the repair?
Sugar Valley guarantees the repair for a period of 3 months on replaced or repaired items, except for items considered consumable or wear items.
