Empresa muy seria, a raíz de un primer envío que salió defectuoso, me habían puesto mala nota. El servicio postventa de QUIMIPOOL se puso en contacto conmigo para recibir fotos del problema. Después de esto, la compañía me envió inmediatamente un filtro nuevo y completo. Alegría. Gracias por tu profesionalidad y rapidez. Société très sérieuse, suite à un premier envoi qui était défectueux, j’avais mis une mauvaise note. Le SAV de QUIMIPOOL m’a contacté pour recevoir des photos du problème. Suite a ça, la Sté m’a renvoyé immédiatement un nouveau filtre complet et neuf. Bravo. Merci pour votre professionnalisme et votre rapidité.
