The HI83300 is a complete multi-parameter photometer for use in the field or in a laboratory. This meter has 60 different programmed methods measuring 37 key water quality parameters and also offers an absorbance measurement mode for performance verification and for users wishing to develop their own concentration versus absorbance curves.

The HI83300 series completes the needs of the residue laboratory. Easy to use thanks to its pre-programmed methods, it facilitates the analyst's day-to-day work. The optical improvement made with respect to previous series, gives greater linearity/precision in large absorbances or in low ranges and gives greater speed of analysis thanks to the reference detector. The equipment can also work either connected to the mains or on battery power

  • Photometer and pH mode: With more than 60 pre-programmed methods, the user can easily access the method and range he needs. In addition, the HI83300 series, taking into account the importance of reaction time in photometry, has a timer so that the differences between users (reproducibility) are as minimal as possible.
  • CAL Check: This HI83300 series has the same system developed by HANNA by means of which we can verify the different absorbances by means of the certified HANNA standards. In addition, the equipment is also capable of measuring Absorbance. See the standards for each photometer of the 833 Series.
  • Optical improvement: Increased linearity/accuracy at high absorbances or low ranges and faster analysis due to the reference detector. In addition, the focusing lens reduces friction and cuvette positioning errors. In the devices with COD parameter programming, the device has a cuvette adapter for 16mm. For the rest of the parameters, it has a 25mm cuvette for better measurement precision.
  • Absorbance mode: All the equipment has the capacity to give the value in absorbance, in this way the user can see the stabilities of the matrix or create manually by means of user methods and using the wavelengths that the equipment has, his own curves from his own patterns.
  • Data logging: This series has up to 1000 records including pH measurements. By simply pressing the Log button the instrument will record the measurement, giving the possibility to name the user and the sample in addition to the basic GLP log, such as date, time and CAL Check values.
  • PH measurement: The HI8330 series has the possibility of connecting a digital pH electrode of the edgeº series to convert the equipment into a pH meter. All this series of electrodes has the temperature sensor integrated in such a way that the automatic compensation of the temperature takes place, in addition to being intelligent electrodes, they are capable of memorising the last calibration: date, values, offset, slope... so when they are connected to the equipment they transfer all the information
